These terms cover use of the hostcraft.io marketing site only. They are not the customer agreement for the HostCraft product. When HostCraft is generally available, a separate Customer Agreement will govern the product relationship and will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by JCR Computers Pty Ltd, an Australian company registered in New South Wales (ABN registered in NSW). Our registered office is in Sydney, Rouse Hill NSW, Australia. We can be reached at [email protected].

"HostCraft", "we", "us", and "our" refer to JCR Computers Pty Ltd. "You" refers to any person visiting or using hostcraft.io.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using hostcraft.io you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. About this site

hostcraft.io is a marketing and information site for the HostCraft hosting control panel product. Information on this site, including pricing, feature lists, availability dates, and technical specifications, is provided for general information purposes and is subject to change without notice.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, binding quote, or contract. Final commercial terms for the HostCraft product will be set out in a separate Customer Agreement presented at the time of purchase.

4. Email captures and forms

If you submit your email address on this site you are subscribing to product launch updates and related communications from JCR Computers. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Unsubscribe". We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The panel hostname field on the Sign in page is a convenience redirect that constructs a URL from the value you type and opens it in your browser. We do not log, store, or transmit that hostname to our servers.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site using automated means without our prior written consent.
Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any form on the site.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any related system.
Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
Use the site to break any applicable law or regulation, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, harass or impersonate any person, or facilitate spam.
Interfere with the availability or performance of the site for other users.

6. Intellectual property

Visiting this site does not grant you any licence to use the HostCraft name, logo, or other marks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written permission.

Open source components used in building this site are governed by their respective licences, which are unaffected by these terms.

7. Third-party links

This site contains links to external sites including docs.hostcraft.io, jcrcomputers.com.au, and other third-party sites. We provide these links for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the site at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, condition, or warranty that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable non-excludable legislation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JCR Computers Pty Ltd and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) this site.

Where the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability for breach of that guarantee is limited (to the extent the law permits) to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCR Computers Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs (including reasonable legal costs), and expenses arising from or in connection with your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

11. Termination and access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to this site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or applicable law, without notice or liability to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at hostcraft.io/terms/ with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site.
